If you are not satisfied with the products purchased at petit boo, simply contact us via EMAIL and request an exchange within 7 days of receipt. We only accept product exchange.
Only exchange of similar products at the same or lower price is available. Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product. The price difference between the products will not be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following products are NOT eligible for exchange:
- All items purchased on SALE.
- Discount code orders.
- All accessories, hats and socks.
- bodysuits or swimwear.
If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange after checking, you will be responsible for the return postage.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees under exchange policy.
